- 800 g goat meat, in cubes
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp vinegar or lime juice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika
- Salt, pepper, and hot pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil

Step-by-Step Preparation
- 01Season the goat meat with salt, pepper, vinegar or lime juice, and half of the spices. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 02Brown the meat in hot oil, then remove from the pot.
- 03Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until soft, then add tomatoes and tomato paste.
- 04Return the meat to the pot, add bay leaves, remaining spices, and enough water to cover halfway.
- 05Simmer on low heat for 60–90 minutes until the meat is very tender and the sauce is rich.
